In addition, the Association, individually and collaboratively, is exclusive host and organizer of:
- The Red Deer Home Show,
- The Spring Parade of Homes,
- The SAM Awards,
- The President's Ball,
- The Annual Charity Golf Tournament,
- The Smoke Detector Program,
- Built GreenTM,
- The Construction Theft and Vanadalism Prevention Program
- Website, and such other related business assets as are necessary for the operation thereof.
Since 1956, the Canadian Home Builders' Association - Central Alberta has been the voice of the residential construction industry in the region-one of the most vital and enterprising industries in Canada.
